It starts with detailed information by Berliner Verkehrs-Betriebe (BVG) about their bus, tram and subway lines in Reichshauptstadt or National Capital of Berlin followed by an enormously comprehensive street directory. Addresses for NSDAP offices (above), as well as for the SS, SA, NSKK, HJ / BdM, NSV, NS-Frauenschaft, police stations, embassies, churches, prisons, post offices, famous sights, Wehrbezirkskommandos, theaters, tax offices, travel agencies, railway stations, public swimming pools, etc., etc.
Interestingly, on page 691 there is even a list of addresses of synagogues!  See image above.

Many pages have maps of street intersections - the one shown right of  the main road leading to Tempelhof Airport is a good example.
